After several years of preparing the factory, Vossen is proud to be one of the few companies in the world that has its own full-cycle production. At the headquarters in Miami, Florida, USA, there are paint chambers, the latest equipment, TUV certification, which confirms the high level and compliance with all the necessary high standards.
DESIGN
Many manufacturers of forged wheels use a simple manufacturing procedure in wheel processing. The Vossen company controls every stage in the production of wheels and carefully monitors every process in creating complex and exclusive design elements of forged wheels.
MATERIAL
Only the best materials are used in the production of our wheels. Forged blanks are made in California. Vossen Forged are made of 6061-T6 aerospace aluminum. Additional heat treatment and corporate identity of the mold are used, which improves the quality of products.
PRODUCTION
To implement a unique design and the highest quality in the production of forged Vossen wheels. The company has developed its own production model, which includes 8 production stages.

Vossen Wheels Inc. manufactures car alloy and forged wheels for Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Bentley, Land Rover, Maserati, Lexus, Infiniti, Porsche and others. The company’s products are the most modern and meet all the modern demand of car owners. The corporation specializes in the production of low pressure aluminum alloy wheels (CV series) using Flow Formed technology (HF series – Hybrid Forged), and forged wheels: high strength and light weight (VPS, HC, MX, CG, EVO, LC series ). Available in a large selection of sizes ranging from 19 “to 22” and widths from 8.5 “to 12.5”. Each disk model has a high load. And forged wheels are made individually for each car, taking into account all technical requirements and high loads. The development of the company’s engineers allows us to test the innovative designs of the series with Deep Concave (recessed design). All car rims are prepared for the installation of tire pressure sensors.
